You Don’t Need 3 Packets A Day!

The box recommends three packets a day…no way! I use one packet a day, a few hours before I workout. The box also says to not consume within 5 hours before you go to sleep. The packet is just a caffeine powder that sort of tastes like blue raspberry. It does taste like blue raspberry, but has this weird undertaste which is why I only gave it four stars. You will NOT lose tons of weight if you just drink this and don’t workout and don’t eat healthier. After just two weeks, I have noticed a flatter tummy and my male muffin-top is shrinking and shrinking. You will find yourself peeing more, due to the caffeine. So, just use one packet a day, workout, eat healthier, and you will definitely see results! I have.
