Read Label Carefully!

UPDATE: I am down-grading my rating of Aleve based on some stomach side effects I developed from taking them. These side effects are probably just as bad as the symptoms that led me to take Aleve in the first place. Please read the label carefully and challenge your doctor if he/she directs more than the maximum dose on the label.
ORIGINAL POST: Last month my doctor diagnosed me with bad knees. My doctor directed me to take Aleve for one knee which was swollen and sore. My knees have been discomforting me for some time, and Aleve has helped to not only reduce the pain but to reduce the swelling as well–something other pain relievers cannot do. With the swelling gone, my knee is able to heal and I am able to build more strength in my knee to prevent future problems. I find this specific type and quantity of Aleve to be ideal, since the liquid gels are easy on the stomach and the quantity gives me enough to fulfill my doctor’s orders.
To build strength in my knee, I also have an exercise routine utilizing the Schwinn AD2 Airdyne Exercise Bike at home every morning, two Stamina 15-0120 InStride Cycle XL’s (one for home one for office), and Valeo Adjustable Ankle or Wrist Weights for leg-lifting exercises. Well its Aleve, pretty standard stuff. I get a sore back once in a while and 2 of these liquid gels and I will be good as new after a short while. The price I got on these at the time of purchase was cheaper than Walmarts price in store so these were a great value.
