Cute But LOUD Pump Noise

This is a nice looking water fountain. Had purchased for my office to be relaxed by the sound of water. Unfortunately the sound of the pump overwhelmed all sound of water. Eventually took it down and it’s probably going back. Did everything twice (ie, wash everything, including pump)that the instructions said to diminish sound of pump but did not work. Such a shame because it did look nice but sound was annoying, not relaxing.

Waste of time and money

While the idea of this product is nice, it simply doesn’t work. The noise of the pump overwhelms the barely audible sound of water thus defeating this product’s purpose. Also, it’s rather cheaply made and looks much more chintzy than the picture on the box.

I love the other fountains I have from this company, but am so very disappointed with this one. It looked so much prettier on the box than it is in person. I assembled it just as instructed, being careful to make sure everything was properly washed. The pump hums incessantly no matter what I have done. It’s properly filled. I washed everything several times and I followed all instructions to the letter. I can’t stand to have this plugged in.
