THIS IS THE VERY BEST. I PURCHASED 2 OF THESE IN 2006. I SLEEP ON THIS CONTOUR BODY SUPPORT EVERY NIGHT. FOR YEARS I HAVE BEEN SLEEPING IN A RECLINER CHAIR BECAUSE I HAVE TROUBLE SLEEPING IN ANY BED. FOR SOME REASON I CAN NOT SLEEP IN A BED WITHOUT BACK PAIN. WHEN WE WOULD GO ON VACATION AND STAY IN A MOTEL, I WOULD SLEEP IN THE CHAIR BECAUSE I COULD NOT SLEEP IN THE BED. I BOUGHT 2 OF THESE. ONE STAYS AT HOME AND ONE STAYS IN TEXAS AT THE FRIEND’S HOUSE THAT WE VISIT WITH TWICE A YEAR. RECENTLY I WENT ON A OVERNIGHT TRIP TO NASHVILLE AND I TOOK MY CONTOUR BODY SUPPORT SO I WOULD GET SOME SLEEP AT THE MOTEL. LIKE I SAID THIS IS THE VERY BEST. Contour Backmax Support System

This works very well for my back problems. Just slightly too firm for my back, but I put a pillow behind me. The zippers allow this to be attached all together as one piece or for the 3 pieces to be used separately. Zipping them together prevents the pieces sliding and leaving you in a “hole” in the middle.

I had back surgery in Dec. 2006 and needed something (and still do) to allow me to sleep in the bed. This is perfect. I’ve even brought it with me on vacation (it doesn’t pack very well though for airline travel 
I can now sleep through the night, in bed with my wife, with relatively no pain. I only need to find a very thin pillow for me head because a regular pillow causes me some neck discomfort due to lifting my head too much and the BackMax is a little too firm to use no pillow. But that’s nothing compared to the relief I’ve gotten from this product. I highly recommend it for anyone with back issues.
